While at Technorati a few minutes ago (August 4 14:27 EST) I noticed Technorati seems to be broke / going through some upgrades or maintenance. Right now if you go to a blog's page on Technorati, you will find that they are rated to be the number one blog in their system and will even show a "Top 100" tag. Even for pages that have no authority and are filled with spam, they are all ranked as number one. Though the "Top 100" page still seems to be in order. Here is an example link. Oopsie. That second example is a digest of my USENET posts. Some Web sites seem to be grabbing copies and it's funny that they gain visibility even in Technorati.
